Feast:

For this glorious evening of food and dancing you will have the choice of the following entries. Please specify your preference on your registration form.

Roast Turkey

Oven roasted turkey breast over sage stuffing topped with creamy gravy, served with garlic mashed potatoes.

Garlic Herb Crusted Chicken

A roasted chicken breast coated with fresh herbs and garlic, served with caramelized onion orzo and fresh vegetables.

Pork Loin with Sage Cream

Roasted pork loin with a fresh sage and asiago cream sauce, served with garlic roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables.

Stuffed Shells

Jumbo shells stuffed with ricotta and parmesan cheese baked I a fresh basil marinara sauce and served aside fresh vegetables.

Lunches:

So that you do not need to go out to try and find a lunch, we are offering the following lunch boxes. They come with potato salad, chips and a cookie, as well as a great sandwich. Remember that the Da'ud Bob Roadshow will be entertaining during lunch on Saturday, so get a lunch box and join us for the fun!

· Ham and swiss, lettuce, tomato, and honey Dijon on a Kaiser roll

· Cordon Croissant, smoked turkey, honey ham, Swiss cheese and lettuce with a herb viangrette on a flaky croissant

· Roast Beef, roast beef, cheddar cheese, tomato, shredded lettuce and creamy horseradish mayo on a Kaiser roll

· Grilled Veggie, Eggplant, mushroom and tomato charbroiled with a balsamic vinaigrette served on an onion roll

NEW!!   We will be holding a Scriptorium in the main hallway, so bring
those works of art that grace your walls, show them off and see glorious
works from scribes in other kingdoms. We have also added a best heraldic
garment contest.  Wear your arms on your arms!  Bring your banners to
grace the dinner and dancing hall.
